Patricia is honoured to have two of the cultural plans she authored and planning processes she led recognized by the Creative City Network of Canada through their Award of Excellence in CulturalPlanning. Walking Together- City of Maple Ridge Cultural Plan(2019) and the Create Victoria- Arts and Culture Master Plan for the City of Victoria(2018) both won the top honour in Canada’s cultural planning field.
The Award of Excellence – Cultural Planning recognizes a Canadian municipality that has developed, adopted, and implemented an excellent Culture Plan with a process that demonstrates outstanding visionary leadership and best practices in cultural planning or a Canadian municipality that has reviewed, revitalized and implemented a previously adopted Culture Plan.
